About

Company Vision

From the injured to the athletic, we will offer the most comprehensive resource for the improvement in human performance within the Hudson Valley Region.

Values

Quality

We will consistently deliver exceptional care and offer only the best services and products available.

Integrity

We will conduct all business and clinical behavior in a manner which is trustworthy, fair, respectful and morally responsible.

Knowledge

We will evolve our products and services through continued pursuit of education and learning experiences.

Efficiency

We believe that all resources are best directed at positively impacting our clients and patients. Our business and clinical practices will adapt to best serve our community.

Our Mission

We will combine the most contemporary concepts in Orthopaedic and Sports Manual Physical Therapy with those of the Strength, Conditioning and Functional Movement realms to provide our community with the most comprehensive, highest quality service to address the needs, wants, goals and abilities of our customers.

Quality Assurance

Electronic Management

We have the capability of a fully digital office. This includes our Digital Sign-In, practice management, patient communications portals and treatment documentation. These tools allow us to remain organized and efficient so we can focus our energy on amazing care, rather than paperwork!

Patient Satisfaction

At MOVE, we encourage sharing of new ideas and opinions.  By providing electronic surveys to each of our patients we are able gain anonymous, vital feedback regarding our services. We proudly use any praise or criticisms to make adjustments and improve our practice, allowing us to better serve our current and future patients.

Continuing Education

We have an aggressive continuing education program to ensure we can offer the best treatments possible. Each of our Physical Therapists attend multiple, advanced-level education courses each year. We also offer several mentorship opportunities for aspiring or novice clinicians throughout the year.

Continuity of Care

We believe that continuity of care is a foundational element in the success with our patients.  While the staff at MOVE is always working together as a team, each patient always receives care from their own Physical Therapist.  This ensures that each treatment can begin exactly where the last session left off.
